CoAction is excited to announce the launch of this year’s Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (eSFMNP)! This seasonal program helps eligible older adults access fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables while supporting Indiana farmers.
What You’ll Receive:
Eligible participants aged 60 and older will receive a $50 electronic voucher to use at participating farmers markets.
Vouchers must be used within 30 days of your approval email.
