An assessment is required to qualify for our Permanent Supportive Housing units located in Valparaiso, Portage, and Michigan City.

Ivy Flats
Ivy Flats Permanent Supportive Housing is a new housing development planned for 205 Rumely Street in La Porte, with construction anticipated to begin in 2026. The project will provide long‑term, stable housing paired with supportive services for individuals and families in our community.
Historic Site Documentation
Before becoming the future home of Ivy Flats, this site housed a historic Coca‑Cola Bottling Plant. In alignment with preservation requirements, CoAction has completed and published architectural and historical documentation of the former building.
