Nutrition for Seniors

Our Senior Nutrition Program helps older adults aged 60 and above who struggle to get enough food or with cooking. It provides healthy meals, nutrition education, and counseling. We offer home delivery and group meal options, serving around 300,000 meals to 4,000 people.

Our program supports seniors who struggle to get enough food or with cooking. We encourage volunteers to help; everyone can contribute to the meal cost.

CoAction serves Lake, Porter, Jasper, Newton, Starke, and Pulaski counties with nutrition sites in each area.
