GUIDE—Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience.

a service from CoAction

You're Caring for Someone You Love. Let Us Help Care for You.

Dementia caregiving is a full-time commitment; caregivers give an average of 31 hours of unpaid care to their loved ones every week. That's why CoAction is adopting GUIDE, a new Medicare benefit built to support you directly: a dedicated care partner, a personalized plan, and paid respite time, all at no cost to you.
