CoAction is partnering with Munster Parks and Recreation, with sponsorship from Geminus, to offer the W.I.S.E. program to local seniors in Lake County.

If you are interested in learning more about the aging process and exploring simple ways to support a healthier lifestyle, we invite you to join us. Throughout the program, we will share practical tools to help you feel more confident, empowered, and in control of your overall well-being—and you may even pick up tips that can benefit a friend or loved one as well.
