CoAction currently manages 180 apartment units scattered across Porter and LaPorte County, specifically in the Portage, Valparaiso, Michigan City, and La Porte.
There is a income limit and our resident’s household income is 60% of the Area Median Income or less. Our apartments consist of studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, and 3 bedrooms and vary based on site locations.
We intentionally keep our rents affordable over market place rentals.
As of 2024 our rents are:
- Studio $600
- One bedroom $650
- Two bedroom $800
- Three bedroom $900
Applications are currently paused.
Applications require the following documentation:
- $30 Application fee; Exact cash, check or money order (non-refundable)
- Copy of State-issued ID
- Proof of income received (last full 2 months of pay stubs, child support, recent social security award letter, and/or monetary gift letter)
